Despite having packed the item in a significant amount of bubble wrap the piece was unfortunately damaged in transit. Immediately upon receipt of initial correspondence and photos the seller addressed and remedied the situation. I was impressed by their professionalism and customer service and although disappointed by the damaged piece would unquestionably buy from in the future.
Extremely pleased with this purchase! Arrived safely and intact. The Wedgwood coffee pot cleaned up beautifully! Great price, reasonable shipping costs.
