Thank you for this great Toby Jug! It's very novel. I'm not even sure why it caught my eye. It's the first one I've bought and I now have it on display in my home. It's a conversation starter, in mint condition and I am not disappointed! The seller bubble wrapped and packed this fragile item very carefully inside a rigid box. It arrived quickly, undamaged. I purchased a number of items from Alice and definitely recommend this seller. The condition, price, postage, and packaging were all amazing, and there are plenty of good images of the items to review and inform the purchase. Additionally, the service and communication stood out as exceptional - I received a lovely card describing the provenance of the items - I will take good care of them Alice, they are in good hands in SA again.
I am pleased with the item overall. It is a nice historical item and was packaged well. However, I made an error by not digging through the about this item section, which described the item size as smaller than the full-sized cup I had expected - my mistake. Based on the subsequent communication, the seller appeared not to be receptive to my suggestions about this being included in the title. Lesson learned.
