The items are as described, authentic, beautiful, good value. The packaging was superb, as well as communication with the seller. The problem was with shipping (not seller's fault). The package arrived late (bought on May 9 delivered on May 27, within continental USA). Late delivery was the USPS issue. The seller was very professional every step of the way.
Finally, a decent price on a Healthcraft saute pan . It is the best cookware on the market. This pan arrived exactly as described, and packaged well. The seller even included a couple of recipes. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again. Even the shipping price was fair.
