Well packed. Took a while to get because of customs inspection (but wasn't charged any extra fees). A little disappointed because description said that the pattern was a cyclamen--it was a water lily. (I don't think there was any deception; I can understand the confusion.) The price and shipping were a bit high; however, the seller did come down a little. It is a cute set--just not what I thought it would be.
The seller was the best! They had 2 of the item I wanted, and contacted me to ask my preference. It arrived carefully and creatively wrapped for safe shipping. The bowl is beautiful and exactly what I wanted to complete a set. I definitely feel the price and shipping was a good value. I am so happy with this purchase. This is a terrific seller.
