Had an issue with the quantity of spoons actually available, seller proposed refunding 100% of cost, but still sending the available spoon. I offered to at least pay the shipping costs, since that was to be a "real" cost on the sellers behalf. Great communication with the seller. Would not hesitate to do business again with this entity. Very well wrapped in plastic bubble wrap and paper. Very well packed in a sturdy cardboard box inside the outer box with more packing paper. The shipping was very reasonable. It was a very good purchase/vendor and a good value for my money. Happy. Thanks Sincerely, Stephen
