I love the vacuum. Unfortunately the shipper really buggered the unit up. I contacted them and they did bend over backwards to have it picked back up and returned. They also gave me immediate refund. Arrived lickety split and as advertised; this is my 2nd one from the same seller this summer and both times I was surprised to see they were unopened boxes from Home Depot and the packing slips with my name & address were from Home Depot (you can't beat that).
