Product came as described - Had a slight hiccup with shipping as I didn't know I had to be present to sign, but we overcame. Box was a bit roughed up, but due to the care of the internal packaging, the doll was well preserved and her hair was preserved as if buying new. Seller took great care in ensuring a quality product was received.
