Quick shipping. Good communication. Unfortunately the wedge was manhandled in shipping and shaft dent/bend right where grip meets shaft. Advised seller who was VERY responsive and immediately refunded my $$. He has started a UPS claim. You couldn’t ask for more from a seller. I would like to keep wedge and looking for a shaft replacement. If it’s less than I paid I will be sending the balance to the seller!
This item was exactly as described, in new condition with small tool and instructions included. The item was very well packed with adequate for any mishandling in shipping. Definitely a quality seller which I will have as a favorite. Only downside was USPS, they decided that getting the item to me quickly I wasn't getting my monies worth so it went to locations that made no sense.
