The garment was in excellent condition, however: I washed 3 times in washing machine without detergent, it suds up the first 2 times. Soaked in 1/3 to 2/3 ratio vinegar and water for 24 hours. After doing on porch swing I place in garbage bag with baking soda for another day. Finally a few days hanging in the sun in the winter, I was able to wear. This entire process took 2 weeks. It had to be done because of very strong detergent or flings. Usually Gain. It was disgusting and made my sinus sick
