The item was exactly as described and worked after being installed. My only gripe is that the first person I talked to said they would ship it UPS when it was actually shipped via USPS. I live far away from the seller and uPS would have got it to me faster. The seller's price was more than fair so I'm sure they saved some $$$ by using USPS which was OK by me!
