the product was exactly as described. the box was opened previously, they had reinforced it for shipping again to me. the TV had an issue that was unsolvable. the tech requested me to start a refund through EBay, with NO aggravation at all. VERY professional. once the refund was completed, they politely asked me to donate or recycle the TV at my convenience. AWESOME service. i'll be recycling it, and due to this, I plan to buy from them again. i HIGHLY recommend them for their service.
Absolutely no way to contact seller to cancel Order. I tried to cancel just one hour after purchase. This seller has the worst customer service and because they are so desperate to sell items they don’t care about the quality or packaging. Instead of Simply cancelling the order they want me To receive the item then go through the hassle of taking off work, taking it to the post office and shipping the item back to them at my expense, which is a scam all in itself.
Working with this seller was a very positive experience. I purchased the character's shoes for a show I'm going to be in. They came in record time, were packaged well and we're in lovely condition. Unfortunately my feet didn't fit the shoes. The seller refunded my money within 3 days and told me to donate the shoes, if I wanted to, rather than send them back. My local theater will be very happy to receive them. I recommend this seller highly.
