  1. First of all i am not sure why this seller or many other sellers list things with OBO option? no reply when you make an offer! Communication was not good until there was a problem! First printer sent was a USED store return. this Printer seems to be fair quality, price is fair. it is new as advertised from WALMART. it has a nice appearance. however, i could have went 4 miles to my local WALMART and purchased the exact same one. Thank you and good luck with your WALMART sales.
