I bought a pretty expensive microphone, so I had to do quite a lot of testing before I am sure it's not a knock-off, but so far everything looks great and I am very grateful for the seller for allowing me to re-purchase it, so I could utilise my eBay voucher. The packaging was quite secure, it came as described and with a lot of accessories, so definitely a decent value, and postage was fairly quick.
Great seller. Very helpful and very quick to respond to messages. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged. I contacted them and was refunded straight away and said to keep the item as it couldn't be sold broken. Hope to buy from again (but we'll use a better courier company!)
The seller was very responsive and the camera arrived in very good condition. One small detail was missing (a battery compartment) but as soon as I messaged them about it, we were able to find a solution. Appreciate the packaging, fast response and service!
