I was very hesitant in taking the leap to buy this and I kept trying to find cheaper options, but this seller not only had one of the lowest prices, but was one of the fastest when it came to shipping; it also helped that the payment plan I was using did not add interest for this particular seller which meant I was paying back less and that it was manageable. The package itself came fast and the seller added extra protection. The item was was still newly sealed and it works perfectly.

  2. The phone was new as advertised, and I have been using it for three days now, and it works great. The shipping was a mixed bag. The phone arrived kind of fast, but DHL is a problematic company. Although the signature required filed was not checked for the delivery, they din't deliver when I was not at home (I was at work), and then it was an ordeal to get them to take it to a delivery point. Not a pleasant experince. I wasted like 3 or 4 days and I had to talk to people on the phone.
