The original item arrived, unopened and sealed in original packaging, but was broken. The seller was great to work with, super responsive, and made things right by refunding me the cost of the original item and then selling me a replacement at the same price as the one I originally purchased. The replacement was in perfect condition. I would work with this seller again without hesitation.
Seller packed the item extremely well in bubble wrap, surrounded by newspaper and in a big enough box that it would assure the item did not get damaged. Shipping was quick and item was just as described and worked well. Very happy customer!
Great packaging and arrived in good condition. Item is just as described, and pretty good value for money (postage was a tad high but that's just standard due to it being imported.) Been looking for this for a while, very happy :)
