No. 230P mic in only fair condition. Spindle shows some light staining. Some areas of the knurling on the barrel thimble show staining or grime. The satin chrome finish has some wear and small chips. There is an area of wear or chafe above the Starrett logo. This micrometer does not have friction thimble or ratchet, the knurled thimble is fixed. Check the pics. carefully, ask any questions before you purchase. Not returnable unless misrepresented.
