  1. The pruner arrived in it's original package with bubble wrap as well. The writing was all in Japanese but I didn't care as I can always google it in English. It was sent via FedEx and the driver actually rang our doorbell letting me know he left the item on our front porch. Amy was terrific to work with and kept me apprised of when I should receive it and also responded quickly to a few questions I had. All in all this seller was very professional and her price was fantastic w/no shipping

  2. Excellent eBay! Arrived promptly tho there was a slight problem with FedEx… not at all the due to the seller! The seller notified me of the issue before Fedex did. The seller maintained consistent contact ensuring no the packages arrived asap. The sweater was even better than described and was packed with care. I would definitely purchase from this seller in the future! My vintage RL sweater is in mint condition and so well worth it! Heirloom quality!
