The product was as described and a good deal especially because it was brand new, so Im happy with that. But because it had no outer (protective/shipping) packaging, the original box it came in arrived damaged ( a big gash and all box corners mashed) due to the normal transportation handling. Since its a gift, I cant yet open it to make sure all contents are in good shape. so that was a bit disappointing. But over-all the sellers were on time and did have a great product.
Item was not what I originally ordered but the seller made it SUPER easy to come to a resolution! Conversation was fast and concise and im glad that this issue wasn’t a headache for me for weeks. Kinda upset i didn’t get the item I originally wanted however - i will definitely be supporting this shop and seller in the future bc of customer service! means a lot !!!
