Original equipment should last longer than the cheap knock-offs I have been buying to fi my dryer but only time will tell how long it lasts. I can't blame the seller for the post office sending the part to the wrong city, but they could have gotten the part to USPS faster. Overall, packed well and arrived as expected. I hope it lasts so I don't have to get a new drier. God bless!

Great communications, item as described, fast shipping, good packing, would buy from this seller again. Seller shipped next day via Priority Mail. USPS let us down by not providing tracking info until the day before delivery, and by taking over 7 days to deliver. Not the seller's fault.ssss

Seller shipped fast, described and packed item great, but shipper damaged door in transit, seller communicated well and refunded, so I have to give a good positive review because business-wise, they executed perfectly !
