Other than the tear, everything looks to be in great condition. This was a gift to current members of the Pretty Guardian Fan Club. It is a small display booklet with a reprint of the Nakayoshi 1997 permanent membership card. It has artwork of Usagi, Chibiusa, and ChibiChibi. It is very pretty! The outer plastic packaging is unopened, but it has a small tear so it is not sealed. Other than the tear, everything looks to be in great condition. I will place it in a ziploc bag for waterproofing, wrap it in bubble wrap, and ship it in a polymailer for lowest shipping cost.
