Item advertised is not the one that was sent. Item being advertised is LIGHT BROWN, and I was sent DARK BROWN. Messaged seller, and they got back to me days later after being away. Received refund on my order, however, I requested a replacement OR a refund. Since I did not receive a replacement, I have to assume they do not actually offer LIGHT BROWN. Therefore, they should remove the photo which is not accurate. Thankful for refund, but doubtful I will purchase from this seller again.
As a seller, I can appreciate somebody like this immediately after purchase reaches out says when shipment‘s gonna be because we know that tracking and shipping is two different things then says what day will be expected on get shipped out so quickly that before I even know it.
