  1. Item was fine. Did not fix my TV which turned out to have a bad screen. I paid more money to purchase from this seller because they have a free return policy. I paid return shipping for the item and they still tried to reduce my refund by about 50% for initial shipping (free) and eBay fees. I had to open an eBay case and when I did, they immediately refunded the remainder .

  2. I thought I was buying a new (old stock) board but I got a used board. I initiated a return and had no problems getting my money back. I advised the seller that the listing shows it as new. He said all of their items are used so it should not have been listed as new. I take it he'll fix that.
