Seller's Customer Support Dept answered questions promptly and to their best knowledge. They ship very quickly, w/in 24hrs of purchase. Item arrived w/in 24hrs of dispatch! The original pkging box was a bit "beat up" (some outer ads/pictures removed/cut out). Purifier itself was in mint condition, as described. Air filter was white, looked brand new. The unit was recognized by VeSync software and registered. Very reasonable price for a "mint open box" unit w/shipping incl!
Items were delivered in good condition and well packaged. My controllers were an excellent price and shipped incredibly fast. I rated the item 4/5 stars because they weren't exactly the same appearance as was listed. They were advertised as the Smash Bros Joy cons, but they came as a solid grey. This is not an issue for me, but the seller itreplay seems to value offering items as listed. Overall, an excellent purchase and I would absolutely buy from this seller again.
Arrived quickly and safely!! The packaging was fantastic and the GPU box is in perfect condition! The box was double-walled and the GPU box was encased in form-fitting steyrafoam. It was a great value at $199 as well. Factory-sealed as described, but I won't be able to bench this anytime soon.
