Beginning of the message received from the seller "Thank you for your order. After checking the item before shipping, I discovered a defect that may affect its normal use. " We were asked to cancel the because of this. Responded that they should cancel as we did not request it. Order was cancelled with a reason of "problem with buyers address" - false. Cancellation was technically for being unable to ship/out of stock. That selection is a demerit for the seller. Not 100% truthful seller.
The purse took a really long time to get here, but I think there are lots of problems with various shippers (UPS, USPS etc.) having errors and delays in mailing packages. So I want to be fair to the seller that it probably wasn't their fault at all. The box looked like someone had bashed it about in shipping, but again, I don't think that was seller's fault. The bad itself was packed well enough that it is fine, and is exactly as described.
Seller when WAY above and beyond for me. This was a gift from my nephew, and they put a note in the package for him. I had forgot to write the apartment number on the shipping info, so the package was sent back to the seller and the seller had no issue resending the package for me. PLEASE BUY FROM THIS SELLER i definitely will be buying again for them Thank you thank thank you thank you thank you sooo much!!!!!
