When their local UPS office was backed up, they made sure to give me the tracking number even before they did. now, The DVD case was actually crushed, and the disc had been popped out and left with a few scratches. However I think that was an issue with the shipping rather than the seller. I transferred everything to a new case, and the disc itself still played fine despite the scuff marks. Overall, everything went over fine.
