The communication of the seller was way above standard. The artist genuinely cares about her work and puts passion into it. The quality of effort was good, unfortunately the heat of shipment damaged the condition. This made the appearance degrade during shipment. This is not the artist's fault. She warned me many times about the delicacy of the resin and I did open the package with great care. The value is truly in the effort of creating a custom product & that is top tier.
I absolutely love this seller's work. Amazing quality on each hand-painted figure, each one has lots of great little details and look wonderful displayed in my home. Statues usually arrive in perfect condition, with each piece carefully wrapped to avoid damage during delivery. Seller is also extremely attentive and easy to communicate with. Arrived sooner than expected. Had a small problem with the item but the seller corrected it to my satisfaction immediately. The face of the statue is slightly different for the pictures, but the painting on it is great. It looks awesome displayed with my collection! Also got a free gift in the box. Thanks!
