The item arrived almost as described, it used the older box not the new design as shown in the itel picture, but it was well packaged and seemed new. Good, arrived as described. Shipping could’ve been better though. Just sent it plastic wrapped in manufacturer packaging and it got bumped pretty bad on the corner. Luckily no damage to the routers.
