I needed one so I bought it as it was the cheapest price. Just received the delivery. The extension lead was securely and safely packed to prevent damage. Great to get this item for anything less than rrp, very few coming up for less or second hand. Damaged box fully disclosed in listing no problem for me as packaging going straight in the bin anyway, small component misplaced unbeknownst to the seller, very reasonable resolution/fast responses/proactive and no nonsense. item fine without missing belt clip. Very happy, condition just as described. Feel confident buying from this seller, look after you if something goes awry.
Item was sent out within a couple of hours of me paying and arrived next day. Item came packaged loose in a damaged amazon box but no problem as it arrived quickly.
