He later reached out, and offered to take the watch back given the issue he was not aware of. Since I had already serviced it, he instead provided a partial refund to make things right. I greatly appreciate the effort & the follow-up. At the end of the day, it’s not about the money—it’s about integrity and trust. I would not hesitate to deal with this seller again.
Item shipped fast and condition was as described, but shipping packaging needs to be more robust to protect the item. Please consider packing watches in a small shipping box for future sales. Thanks!
