Received an empty box. Seller refunded my money no problem but it was still 15 days I waited for something I never got because it was either never sent or poorly packaged and now I have to re purchase it somewhere else. Seller was great. Came through as promised and as expected. Aftermarket product was definitely not OEM quality but I expected that and it seems to be doing its job. Would buy again.
Item was as described and shipped pretty quick. Very good communication. I would suggest they pack the item a little better for protection though. Good rack for the price.
