  2. Came in exactly as described. Initially got it for Cox internet for our business. Once I opened it to setup and called Cox, they told me I cannot use it for Cox Business but could be used for residential… Contacted seller although they listed no refund, they were so kind to accept the return for refund and I was very pleased!
