The guitar arrived in perfect condition and it was packed excellent. I bought it for my granddaughter but on the day I gave it to her, she asked if she could play an electric guitar instead. This company didn't give me an issue about returning it. They were so kind and asked no questions. The refund went without a problem at all! My money was refunded quite quickly. My experience with them was 2 thumbs up. I'd buy from them again.

The Clark Fobes Debut Bb clarinet mouthpiece was just as described - brand new. It was packaged very well for shipping, so arrived safe and sound in Melbourne, Australia. The postage cost was very reasonable for international shipping making the mouthpiece great value all round. The quality of the mouthpiece is superb and it makes a significant positive improvement to my tone. Highly recommended mouthpiece and seller!
