Excellent care in wrapping the glasses they came to me in one piece after a long journey. She extended her efforts beyond the call of duty to make sure i was satisfied and informed. They got lost in the mail and were three weeks late in delivery and she offered me a refund because they were so delayed. Seller could not have been better about communication throughout the whole process. While it was lost in the mail system for a bit, luckily it was packed beautifully (and using recycled products, another +) Arrived without a scratch. I had already been refunded for the purchase, since it was lost for so long. You won't go wrong buying from this small business!
