Item arrived as described but bad communication. Ebay told me that there where missing papers from seller about VAT. I contacted seller as ebay told me to. Seller disagree and without me asking he choosed to refund extra cost as of not wanting to use of his time to contact ebay. I was going to give good feedback but noticed that seller has blocked after refund. This was first negative experience at ebay in 17. Years. I'll stay neutral as of refund but this was not ok!!
The seller shipped my Royal Doulton figurine right away and packed it perfectly. With the perfect packing, this beautiful figurine could not have been damaged in shipping. The figurine is flawless, and I am so happy with it. I find prices on figurines are often high on eBay, but this seller was very reasonable and the pricing was great. I would highly recommend this seller. Thank you so much for getting this to me so quickly and in great shape.
This was one well-run transaction. Securely packed and quickly shipped. The price was quite good, but the description was a little lacking. The car arrived without a rear set of wheels. It looks like this might be one of a multi-car set and I'm not sure of the seller's level of expertise with model trains. Anyhow, a refund was quickly processed and I'm satisfied with the results.
