I did not receive this product because I was informed by the seller that it was defective. The seller contacted me to let me know the condition, and that I should cancel the sale and he would issue me a refund. I appreciated the honesty of the seller because they could have just as easily sold me a defective product without my knowledge. I am giving this seller a positive rating for his communication and his honesty.
I was surprised that this didn't ship out sooner than it did as it came from Home Depot. Plastic sheeting was as described. Seller advertised " or make offer" but declined mine. Seller accepted full price only. Confused as to why option was given at all??
As item was described still it the box new. I haven't opened it yet. Building a gazebo to put it under. Hope to have it up soon.
