Shark Handheld Vacuum Housing Motor Head HV382: Item shipped out next day USPS from California to Michigan but USPS damaged cardboard shipping box during transient. USPS wrapped the damage box with clear plastic wrap with a apology note attached which caused delay in receiving product. Thankfully the Motor Head was not damage. I would recommend UPS or FEDEX over USPS when it comes to shipping packages. Keep in mind, this is NOT the sellers fault.
