This is a wonderful seller. They are responsive, honest and experienced. The vacuum was in great shape as described and a good value. Shipping was timely and the packaging was impeccable, every last inch was bubble wrapped. You can tell this isn't their first rodeo. There was a tiny piece of important plastic that had broken off but was not the sellers fault and I was able to fix it easily. The seller kept in contact to make sure I was satisfied.
