The new power head works like a champ in our Shark Navigator, shipping costs are modest, item arrived in mint condition. One thing: it doesn't come with is installation instructions. Here's what to do: lay the vacuum on it's back upside down. Find a black button about the size of a nickle on the old head. Just press it and the head drops off. Slip on the new head. Easy. We are very pleased and recommend this merchant to all. Be sure, your model is compatible.
I am so excited. I was about to throw this vacuum out and the best one I ever had. I found the replacement foot on ebay through you and now it's as good as new.
