I have an old shark lift off. This one seems to be made just as well. It was packaged very nicely in the box. Nothing was damaged. Everything was in good shape very fast delivery if it last as long as the other one, I’ll be very happy the other one still works fine but the hose Cracked because we stepped on it. No problem with the hose itself.
Unit (new) works well. I actually read the directions, although I have had similar units before (different brand). I am happy with product. There is a filter on bottom that apparently needs to be cleaned fairly often, but it is easy to take out and clean.
Very strong suction. Simple assembly and extremely versatile and light. Bear in mind that with strong suction, prepare to adjust the airflow on the nozzle to prevent arm/back strain trying to push against the suction.
