Item worked as expected. Item is heavy when filled and requires some muscular effort to use. Like most uprights the cleaning tank is small and needs to be refilled often. I followed instructions and got good results with short drying time. No leaking. Unit has no trigger -- forward is spray, backward is vacuum. There is a separate mode which is vacuum-only which can be used to reduce drying time. There is a hose attachment for spot cleaning which I did not use. Satisfied with purchase.
It works great! Like new and I love it. The only issue I saw was a plastic insert for the wand was installed wrong. 180° off. It wasn't able to click into place like video showed. I did fix it myself, but I had to pull the insert out, pry the clip out and heat it with a heat gun because it was miss-shaped being stuffed in the wrong way. Kind of a big deal on such a small piece, because the wand controls the shampoo function by pulling and pushing. But it's all good now. I would recommend!
