I got my shop-vac and put it all together just to find out it didnt work. Turned the switch on and nothing so i contacted the place i got it and they apologised and sent me a return label and I boxed it up and sent it back for them to see it for themselves and they reimbursed my acct. back right away. Very professional like and courteous. I wouldnt think twice about doing about buying from them again. They stood to their and shipping was quick.
Cup as described, great price, and shipped quickly. The only thing is that that cup was in a box where the sides of the cup were right against the box and no protective bubble wrap between the box and cup edge. Luckily no dramage during shipping. I would just confirm with seller about how they will ship your item. Otherwise good transaction.
