This seller went way above and beyond. There was a problem with the fan. It apparently occurred in shipping, although the box looked pretty good. Apparently the shipping had rattled the light hard enough to make components come loose. I re-assembled the fan but, it didn't work. I contacted the seller and suggested I could try to install a different motor. He agreed and shipped one right out. After installation, I found the fan still did not work. The seller refunded, no questions. GREAT SSELLER!
This is my first time purchasing an air conditioner and wanted to go with a reputable brand. This was the most competitive price I found maybe be due to the fact that it was previously opened. It shipped very fast and the seller’s communication was on par. I didn’t expect to receive messaging but glad they reached out. Upon opening, it looks to be a fairly nice a/c. We will see after I fully unpack and install, but everything looks in really good condition so far.
