Before I even bought the earbud, the seller was very polite and nice when responding to my questions. Package came in really quickly, and was very well packed. Three layers of bubble wrap, and the package was well cushioned with more bubble wrap. Pretty decent price, and came just as it is in the pictures. Works amazing, and the condition is near perfect.
