It was shipped very fast a reasonable price and came very well wrapped and boxed for safe shipping. The machine itself is in perfect condition and looks like new. Only negative was the grease drip drawer was broken in delivery. Griddle was very well packaged and padded for shipping . We still had our old drawer which fits perfectly, so it’s still a win. The griddle was spotless, barely used, and shipped promptly. We would highly recommend seller.
