  1. Rating the seller 5 stars! However, the item itself I rated as a 2 not because it was defective, but because it got destroyed as soon as I used it. This might just be my own personal experience, but buyers be cautious of replacing this brush roll bar on your vacuum. My issue was that the screw head (black part of the roll bar) got stripped accidentally by the turning mechanism and wouldn’t “roll” anymore. I bought 2 replacements (one used and this one, brand new) and they both got stripped.
