Bought an open box headset from this seller, everything was in the box as described. Only thing missing was the manual, which the seller said was missing in the description, and which was no issue since it's online. Even though the box was a bit beat up, the headphones are totally new and all the wires had caps and packaging and everything new. Works great. For half the price of Amazon, I'm happy with it. Just got my Monitor & it was FASTER than I expected and packaged amazingly well!! I am beyond thrilled, I feel like I hit the jackpot. The seller was very sweet, super responsive and listed to my concerned (worried about shipping). Now I have peace of mind that my monitor arrived before my trip. It was better than described and I def feel like I got a good and fair price on it! Also, the seller added bumper protection to the box and that's a step further than what Samsung does lol. Although this sale ultimately resulted in a refund, this was in no part due to the seller. I never received my purchased item as a result of negligence on the part of FedEx. Seller was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the fiasco and maintained excellent communication whilst trying to track down the rogue shipment that was lost in the limbo of FedEx.
