The item arrived as specified. New item in it's new-bought packaging and sealed. I have not used the item yet so I cannot judge the quality. The appearance is what is expected from a new item. The value is really good, much cheaper in price from what I would expect to have paid in the stores. The product seems in New condition. Have not opened it yet. The seller was very nice and responsive. The only recommendation that I would make is to offer 2-day shipping if it's a cross country.
