Shark UV850 Lift-Away Duoclean Vacuum Nozzle Head Release and Inner Hose Assembly

The Bissell CrossWave handle wand received as promised and on time as predicted by the carrier. Tracking the parcel was a bit confusing at the moment it landed in my country, for 2 weeks there was no change regarding parcel location. The packaging was insufficient so the sharp edges of the plastic covering of the structure pierced through the bubble wrapping. The protruding plastic covering was nicked and scratched. Luckily the damage was minimal and I was able to shave and polish the plastic.

Seller was great. Quick shipping and fast response to my Return Request. The item was defective from the manufacturer, at no fault of the Seller. The problem with the item was something the seller could not have known about in advance. This is a seller I would buy from again.

When the description says "Genuine Shark", the real thing is expected, not some unlabeled generic items all shipped in the same unsealed clear bag. I know that Shark has their name printed on all their bags that have the genuine goods inside, and these weren't, so beware.
