Not the one pictured. Used with return sticker remnants all over box. New stickers on vacuum were not there....Dust cup and filters were wet. Vacuum itself does not work on pile carpets, only very short or no pile. Holds a good charge. Works great on hardwood floor. I will ALWAYS ASK IF ITEM PICTURED IS ITEM RECEIVED!! Would I order from them again, YES! It works, and was my fault for not asking about photos.. Have a good one!!!
