The product has some abrasions. I believe that they were received due to poor transportation. I did not see any traces of exploitation. I believe that this product is new and has not been used. The second picture shows that one part is missing. But it does not affect the functionality of the handle works stably and if desired, you can also unfasten it on the back of the rod there is a button with which it is unfastened. Everything else works

  1. It took over two weeks to receive...when it finally arrived I was very disappointed the item was used,missing parts,and it was scuffed up really bad. After return request, seller text me and said I miss read description! So it took another week and several messages back and forth before seller finally admitted his mistake; describing item as "open box". Just a big hassle. Love ebay's return policy.
